Refresh & Restore With Somatics – Online Workshop

Join this 90 minute live online workshop for an exploration of clinical somatic exercise to help deepen your connection with your body, and reduce stuck tension. During this introduction to somatics, you will learn a series of exercises that target commonly tense parts of the body and can help reduce such conditions as:
- Neck tension & pain
- Lower back pain
- Shoulder pain
- Hip pain
We will also briefly explore the science behind clinical somatics, the long term benefits, and you will have an opportunity to ask questions via chat box. This will be a live broadcast, so your privacy will be maintained.
As an extra treat, we will start our movement practice with a short guided body scan meditation, breathing exercise, and conclude with a lovely restorative yoga pose to seal off the practice and bring you into an ultimate state of relaxation.
