As I hold space for you, you will learn what mindfulness and meditation is about and how you can create a ritual or practice that feels good to you. Every month, there will be an overarching theme, focusing on self love, releasing, letting go of fear, stepping into your own power. Through this, you’ll be able to feel the love, peace and allow the zen vibes to flow in. As those flow in, you’ll begin to destress and release what doesn’t serve you.
When you learn ways to find the stillness and peace, you’ll feel the shift in your vibrations as you become in touch with your inner being. You will connect with yourself more and begin to live in your truth. You will feel your vibrational energy. As you begin to release, you’ll reawaken your power from within and quiet the noise in your head.
