Breathwork is one of our most powerful allies in times of duress, change, and transformation, and a profound resource for physical, psychological, and emotional wellbeing and resilience.
Without conscious awareness, the breath becomes restricted and shallow in response to the stressors of life. In reclaiming the fullness of your breath through conscious, deep breathing, the body can unwind accumulated tension and allow the bound energy to be released and integrated, resulting in greater peace of body and mind, and capacity to engage life from a place of empowered resource and one’s deepest wisdom and understanding.
Breathwork is also a catalyst for expanded states of awareness in which one can see things more clearly, accessing that which lives beyond the reaches of the mind and conceptual understanding, and thus a powerful adjunct to more traditional talk-based therapies.
From the comfort of your own home, you will be guided in an experiential journey of conscious breathing. A thoughtfully curated playlist will accompany your process, along with attuned cues and invitations to bring your awareness deeper into the body, and into the breath. Our time together will include a centering meditation and introduction, a 60-minute breathwork journey, and opportunity to share as a group.
There is tremendous power and alchemical potential in shared fields of intention and presence, and I look forward to joining together to light the flame.
