This unique style of meditation will draw you into yourself to facilitate a journey toward your subconscious mind. Through deep relaxation, specific cues, and collective energy we will begin to gently draw ourselves into connection with the realm of open space and possibility that exists just beyond the standard functions of our minds.
Meditation nurtures the space in-between. Understanding this experience becomes increasingly important as we move toward emotional mastery and deep self-inquiry. It’s remarkably supportive to spend time with the frequency of emptiness, to fully understand it and come to know how we can apply the space of emptiness within the moments of our daily lives. We know as spiritual seekers that to cognitively understand is only part of the experience we need to physiologically feel the space of emptiness to understand how to call it to our aid at a moment’s notice.
Each class will offer a minimum of two breathing techniques you can use to anchor into your body and minimize the tendency to dissociate while meditating if this is an experience you can relate to.
Each meditation will hold space within it for you to explore questioning your intuition and developing your relationship with intuitive space.
