Join Lisa Dumas, experienced Yoga Teacher and Embodied Transformational Coach and Aimee Pruitt, Ayurveda Teacher, Yoga Teacher and RN for a deep experience of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, imagery, inquiry and rich ayurvedic teachings intended to soothe anxiousness, set healthy boundaries and create a daily routine that supports well being in the winter.
During the Worrier to Warrior Weekend Immersive you will:
Experience calming and grounding practices designed to invite deep healing moving you into receptivity and out of habitual worry.
Learn to listen to your body as you experience yoga postures as embodiments of your intentions and explore how to decrease stagnation and invigorate body and mind through accessible movement.
Explore the concept that how we eat is just as important as what we eat and how simple food can be powerful healing medicine. You will be served Ayurvedic meals created specifically to heal the digestive system in harmony with the winter season.
