200hr Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training
The 7 Centers’ 200 Hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher training program is made up of 2 educational modules, which can be taken back-to-back or spread out over time. These two modules together form a rich experience of the best of Kundalini Yoga traditions. Upon completion of both modules, a student will receive a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certificate from 7 Centers and can register with Yoga Alliance as a 200 Hour Registered Yoga teacher.
Moudule 1: Chakra Yoga Intensive (65 hours). A week-long journey exploring the chakras through yoga, sound, meditation and art. Each day focuses on a single chakra, establishing direct experiences that participants can draw on as teachers, healers or students.
Module 2: Kundalini Yoga Immersion (135hrs). This 3 week, 18-day intensive program emphasizes the scientific and experiential tools to achieve internal and external harmony while practicing and learn to teach the ancient Kundalini techniques that promote personal evolution. It can be taken by yoga teachers seeking deeper internal practices and by newcomers looking to build a classical kundalini yoga foundation of balance integration and transformation. This is a practice-based Kundalini training that includes daily mentored teaching of kriyas, chanting/singing of mantra, esoteric anatomy focused on the chakras, tantric philosophy and kundalini tantra sadhana.
