Inviting Ease: A Breathwork Journey

Eliza B.well offers monthly breathworks. This month’s breathwork will focus on inviting in ease, even when things don’t feel easy. Learn how to utilize the breath as a tool for expansion. This breathwork will help you let go of both physical and emotional tension to create space in the body and mind. We will start with a grounding meditation and gentle movement, get into a 40-minute breathwork, and end with journalling and integration.

The conscious connected breath is a powerful breathwork pattern intended to deepen your feelings of mindfulness and release tension in the body. It’s “conscious” because you will be encouraged to actively engage with the breath (instead of observing it as you would in meditation). It’s “connected” because the inhales and exhales flow into one another in a circular rhythm.

About Eliza: Eliza is a multi-dimensional facilitator and coach. With a Masters in Integrative Health and a Masters in Counselling Psychology in the works, she combines her extensive knowledge in holistic healing, mindfulness, the breath, and psychology to support your journey back to Self. Her gentle yet affirming guidance creates a safe container for you to release the old and step into the new.
