During this 4-part series meeting every Monday in February, we will gather and learn the practices of mindfulness. You will learn how to start a meditation practice so that you can actually apply it to your day to day.
By the end you will finally get clear on your personal ‘why’ you want to meditate.
Complimentary journals provided for everyone that signs up!
Series: $100 for all 4 sessions, or $35 drop in.
Time: 6:45 pm – 8:00 pm
Plan for 6:30 so you have time to park, use the restroom, grab some tea and get settled! There is street parking and a parking garage within a block.
