This workshop is sponsored by Pause, an organization dedicated to open-hearted living, healing, and connection through mindfulness-based practices and community. Now more than ever, we want to support our BIPOC community members and help meet the overwhelming need for space to gather, process, and be with all that is happening.
The time has come for us to address and have the tough conversations about white supremacy and how it divides us. Heart to Heart monthly BIPOC talks offer a brave space for the essential discussions we yearn to have with each other to unpack internalized racism, classism, colorism, and how we can find true healing.
Each month, we will explore a different theme to help guide the conversation. Each session will open with a meditation to ground and center, followed by a group intro and summary of the main theme which will lead us into a group discussion and exploration together.
There are no prerequisites to participate in this offering. We look forward to sharing this space and time with you.
