Fit Soul Fit Body with Brant Secunda
Brant Secunda and Mark Allen teach you how to incorporate the Divine into your everyday practices and explore the soul-body connection. Move beyond the common health mantras—eat right, exercise regularly, reduce stress—to explore the emotional and physical obstacles that stand in the way of your good health and spiritual fitness.
Brant Secunda and Mark Allen invite you to an extraordinary weekend of health and healing.
Combining the immensely successful training techniques of six-time Ironman world champion Mark Allen with the wisdom of world-renowned Huichol shaman and healer Brant Secunda, this workshop remedies the conspicuous absence of spirituality in typical Western approaches to health and wholeness.
The sessions offer a balanced blend of lecture and experiential exercises. Many of the exercises are done outdoors, giving you a chance to become familiar with the beautiful natural surroundings. Go home with a renewed sense of self and a set of tools that can help continue to uplift both body and soul.
