Get aligned and shine your light in this 10-Week Chakra Tuning class with Amber Field, designed to free your voice!

This playful, healing workshop explores the Indian chakra (energy) system and includes different sounding and movement practices to open and balance them. We will practice breath meditations, toning, movement with sound, Indian devotional chanting and mantra, songs from around the world, drama therapy, expressive arts, improv, play and community-building exercises. Explore the psychological aspects of each chakra through embodied sound and movement. This 10-week course is fun, deep, and community-building.

A chakra is a center of energy. Originating from Sanskrit, it literally means “wheel” and functions as a vortex of spinning energy interacting with various physiological and neurological systems in the body. Chakras are energy centers within the human body that help to regulate all its processes, from organ function to to the immune system and emotions. There are 7 chakras positioned throughout your body, from the base of your spine to the crown of your head. Each chakra has its own vibrational frequency.
