Basics of Mindfulness Meditation

This foundational class on developing a personal meditation practice, “Basics of Mindfulness” with Doug Pullin, returns this Fall. This is a wonderful introduction if you are new to mindfulness, as well as a excellent refresher for recommitting to or strengthening an existing practice for those with long-term meditation experience.
During this six-session journey you will learn mindfulness of breathing, the body, of emotions, thoughts, of mind and of the application of mindfulness in daily life and on retreat This class is appropriate for beginners as well as for those more experienced meditators who want to refresh the fundamentals of practice.
Dates: Thursdays 9/22, 9/29, 10/13, 10/20, 10/27, 11/3
(We will not be meeting on 10/06.)
