Join Sarah Otto-Combs (Ayurvedic Practitioner, founder of Siddha Labs) and Tess Adams (Yogini, founder of SIMMERYOGA) as they merge the sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda to help you transition into Autumn with ease. The Autumnal Equinox Retreat will take place at the beautiful Deva Daaru Yogafarm, a potent place to cultivate balance during this seasonal transition. Built with love as its foundation, this idyllic setting just north of Portland, OR is the perfect place to nurture yourself and deepen your knowledge of these practices.

Offerings include daily meditation and yoga asana classes, lectures and hands-on applications of Ayurvedic practices and principles, and organic, Ayurvedically-informed breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Transitions are powerful places of transformation when harnessed correctly—we will take this opportunity to collectively deepen our understanding of Vata (ruler of transition), balance our Pitta, and be nourished by Kapha through Ayurvedic and Yogic practices. The Autumnal Equinox offers a potent time to find balance without and within—to go slowly, pay attention, and embody stillness.

In an age of constant acceleration, nothing can be more exhilarating than going slow.
In an age of constant distraction, nothing is so luxurious as paying attention.
In an age of constant movement, nothing is so urgent as sitting still.
—Pico Iyer
