This fall, we invite you to join us for a virtual six-week meditation journey led by fitness and meditation expert, Laurie Gatto. Learn how to meditate, jumpstart a consistent practice, and begin looking forward to your daily sit.
Through guided meditations, fitness and meditation classes, live workshops led by guest experts, healing breathwork, resources, tools + more, you’ll de-clutter your mind, reset your body and learn more about this ancient practice through a modern lens. Laurie teaches approachable meditations through a lens of both science and spirit, so you can apply this modality to your modern life.
