About the teacher: Crystal was born and raised in Fort McMurray Alberta. She was previously a dancer for over ten years until a knee injury introduced her to yoga. She fell in love with hot yoga flow classes and a few years later decided to become an instructor. She enjoys teaching many styles of yoga but her favourite to practice is Ashtanga or Yin.

To find your feminine soul and access your inner knowing let the heart be your guide. We will shift our energy and call on the goddess within through a mixture of creative movement/tribal yoga while surrounded by the natural beauty of the Nahatlatch river. This retreat is for anyone seeking sisterhood, wanting to restore their relationship with mother earth, or looking to call forth their intuition. Time tells us again and again that we are strongest together. After our morning tribal yoga our afternoons will consist of self explorations, sharing circles, and time spent in nature. Our evenings will be spent practicing relaxing yoga, meditation, and closing with a fire pit release exercise.
