These 30 days are designed for you to tune in at your leisure, at any time during the day. Each morning you will find a video or post on our private Facebook group with a tool to support you in building resilience – strengthening your mind, body, and soul. We will share yoga and meditation videos, opportunities for self exploration and release, self care practices, and learn about our nervous system (cranial + vagus nerve too!), how we impact it and it impacts our life physiology and emotional states. We also have a number of special guests also joining us!

Welcome! I offer Craniosacral Healing + Somatoemotional Release with Somatic based yoga and movement practices. This is a powerful combination for releasing holding patterns in the body and mind, and building resilience. I am passionate about supporting others of all ages, through various walks of life holistically – physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Our thoughts affect our emotions, which affects our bodies and our actions, affecting our daily lives. In turn, our daily actions can also impact our bodies, minds, and emotions. I look forward to working with you, and being able to offer you simple tools to incorporate into your daily life for greater balance, peace + joy!
