For students of all levels, this course offers practices that support your personal and spiritual development. Instruction is given in a variety of traditional yoga and meditation practices such as mantra and visualization combined with in-depth self-development courses such as Life Seals, Dream Yoga and the Hidden Language of Hatha Yoga. Pathways for Living & Serving in the Ashram Community:
Following the 10 Day Yoga Journey, we offer a free extended-stay program for up to seven days to support you in putting your learnings into action. The program is focused on Karma Yoga and experiencing life in our Ashram community. This includes participation in daily hatha, reflection time and evening satsangs.
