Hi lovely folks. I’m Anna, a shamanic and energy healing teacher with over 20 years of experience supporting women through life transitions, awakening, and personal transformation.

My work lives at the meeting place between spirit and everyday life. Through shamanic healing, practical coaching, and energy work, I help women move through change with clarity, groundedness, and inner alignment.

Clients often come to me during threshold moments – when something old is ending and something new is quietly beginning. Together, we work with helping spirits, ceremony, and deep listening to create meaningful, lasting shifts.
