This upcoming Costa Rica retreat with Evolve Retreats is being intentionally designed as a week to unplug from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with a slower, more grounded rhythm. Located along the Pacific coast between Marbella and Nosara, guests will experience the beauty of jungle living, expansive ocean views, warm sunsets, and the simplicity of being immersed in nature and community.
Rather than rushing from one thing to the next, this retreat will invite spaciousness. Morning movement practices, nourishing meals, time in the ocean, meaningful conversations, rest, laughter, adventure, and moments of reflection woven naturally throughout the days. Inspired by the philosophy of “living your yoga,” the experience is intended to support not only physical practice, but also deeper presence, self-awareness, connection, and joy.
